Delivery Information

Floating Shelves have a standard 14-day delivery schedule. Delivery times may vary depending on the shelves you have purchased. If you have time constraints, please email bespoketimbershelvesdirect@gmail.com to discuss your needs

Shelves over 2 meters high, gloss or custom shapes may take up to 21 days.

We do not accept Returns as all items are made-to-measure custom products.

We go to great lengths to protect the shelves from the dangers of transporting to you but if damage has occurred you are fully covered by us and a replacement or repair will be offered free of charge.

A photo of the damage will be required to be sent via email within 24 hours of delivery

We can offer this as damages are very very rare.

We use a 48-hour courier to get your order to you as soon as possible. After dispatch, customers are sent an email notifying them of the order status and tracking information.

On large items, we may have to deliver slightly differently with a deliveryivery time of 3-5 days
